WOODCUT - Manufacturing Process

WOODCUT ensures quality and consistency during the manufacturing process. It all begins with sourcing the best materials from various parts of Europe. These materials are sent to our manufacturing plant to be sawn cut into veneers. These veneers are hand selected and sorted in terms of grade, tone and grain structure.

WOODCUT ensures quality and consistency during the manufacturing process. WOODCUT uses premium quality glues and adhesives during the manufacturing process. These adhesives make our floors perfect for a heated slab installation and ensure low formaldehyde emissions, especially when heated on a hydronic slab.

Our 15mm poplar-core products use what’s called finger slate construction. These small gaps in our boards allow for circulation into the boards which prevents cupping, warping and gapping.
