Lovely room in Parramatta, (in a house) fully furnished with TV, double bed, students desk, lamp and antique clothes closet.
Close to Cinema's, dining district, railway station, close to Westmead Hospital (next stop via train) local swimming pool and 30 minute train trip to Sydney City-no car required for getting to the shops, but off street parking is available.
Absolutely no bills to pay, all utilities included (gas and electricity). No housework to do, how good is that!. Its done weekly by me:) Washing machine use is provided, there is a clothes line out the back to hang your clothes on. You will have use of kitchen utensils, crockery, towels, linen, blankets and pillows.
You will be sharing with one guy and one female. We are a friendly household and looking for someone similar who is neat and tidy.
Just 5mins walk from Westfield and 7 mins to Parramatta train station.
